GR Skate & Event Center Proudly Introduces Momentum Speed
Birthed in the Fall of 2021 with the goal of training up competitive speed skaters in the Sport In-Line speed skating this team has taken the sport by storm.
In the fall of 2021 and now in January of 2022 we have officially competed in four meets in the (MRSO Michigan Roller Skating Organization) Each time we’ve had individual skaters place in all age groups many times 1st – 4th. We have consistently exceeded the leagues expectations regarding attendance giving us the first opportunity in 15 years to host a Speed meet at our Kentwood location. Our team even won a deserving 1st place trophy overall and continues to compete in every age group with amazing results for a first-year team. Inline speed skating is fast, competitive, and demanding for athletes of all ages.
We welcome any one of any age to become part of this program.
