Michael Jackson Birthday Skate Celebration

Celebrate the birthday of the King of Pop with an unforgettable night of music, skating, and excitement at GR Skate & Event Center! Join us on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 8:30 PM–10:30 PM as we honor Michael Jackson with an evening packed with his greatest hits, dazzling lights, and nonstop fun on the skating floor.

Admission: $10 per person
Regular Skate Rental & Blade Rental Available

Our 4-week Learn to Skate Workshop, led by U.S. National Champion Gracey Meyer, is designed for children, teens, and adults who are brand new to skating or simply want to improve their skills and confidence.

Throughout the program, participants progress through four interactive learning modules that teach the fundamentals of roller skating in a safe, encouraging, and exciting environment. From learning how to balance and glide to stopping, turning, and skating independently, every lesson is designed to help skaters succeed while having fun!

Kick off the new school year with a celebration your students will remember!

During September 2026, GR Skate & Event Center is inviting local schools to host a FREE private school skating party at our facility. Choose a daytime party during the school week or an evening school party—whatever works best for your students, families, and staff.

This is our way of welcoming schools back for another great year while giving students an opportunity to get active, have fun, connect with classmates, and build school spirit outside of the classroom.

The party is FREE during September — you bring your school, and we’ll bring the fun!
