The term cast member refers to EVERYONE working for GR Skate and Event Center. As a cast member, you are an integral part of a dedicated team providing live entertainment and wholesome family fun! Cast Member Expectations

You are the face of Grand Rapid’s finest roller-skating rink. Cast members are expected to smile, greet customers with enthusiasm, and always exhibit a willingness to help customers and the entire cast member team.
